We managed to secure a lovely villa in our price range in Aiya Thekla, near to Aiya Napa. This was after being just about to put a deposit down on a property, only for the developer (who was with us) to receive a text message to say it had just been sold by one of her colleagues. She was as disappointed as we were and pulled out all the stops to secure the villa that we eventually bought on the same development, even though it was out of our price range initially.
