Our aim is to make your 3 or 4 day Viewing Trip a pleasurable experience right from the initial point of contact on your collection from the airport. The first day usually begins with a general tour so as to provide you with a good feel of the area: different aspects and points of interest will be discussed. Our representatives have good knowledge of the areas as well as general information such as taxes, the legal system etc. We could also suggest some of the local restaurants where you could enjoy the local cuisine.
Should you find your ideal property, we will guide you through the whole purchasing process, from introducing you to an independent solicitor to assisting with bank accounts and mortgages. All details are simplified so as to make your Viewing Trip as enjoyable as possible.
