CLEANING This service includes a full clean prior to guests arrival, beds made up as required and the supply of a basic welcome pack. After departure inspection, bins emptied, laundry removed and any items in need of attention reported. MID STAY LINEN CHANGE Change all beds in use and replace used towels, up to one set of bedding per bed and one set of towels per guest, excess usage will be charged accordingly.
MONTHLY PROPERTY CHECK Your property will be visited once per month when it has been unoccupied, checks will be made to ensure it is secure, remove mail, check for leaks and replace water in toilets etc to avoid drain smells. E-mail report will be sent after each visit. MEET & GREET This is a service that you can offer to your guests at their expense, they will be met personally at the airport and shown into the property and if required this will include the handing over of keys. Price covers picking up from Paphos airport and transferring to property in Kato Paphos, other areas can be quoted for. Larnaca airport pick up can be arranged at an extra cost. POOL CLEANING Price includes two visits per week during the summer months and one per week during the winter, price is for an 8 metre x 4 metre pool and includes chemicals. WELCOME PACK Basic pack includes tea, coffee, sugar, bottled water, milk, bread and toilet roll. Extra items can be supplied on request for a small charge. KEY HOLDING We will hold two sets of keys in a secure place at no extra charge. CALL OUTS An emergency number will be available for guests to call in case of any problems, calls regarding loss of keys or being locked out etc will be charged to the guest. EXTRA SERVICES Transfer to and from the local golf course and half day or full day guided excursions can be arranged for your guests. Hire cars can be arranged. INVOICING Invoices and statements will be sent by e-mail or post on a monthly basis and can be settled by Euro cheque, bank transfer or cash within 30 days.
