This newly completed phase of the popular and prestigious Secret Valley golf resort combines low density golf villas (villa is on a large 600 sq.meter plot) with the natural Cyprus terrain, achieving a feeling of welcome and comfortable openness...earth tone and rustic shaded mountain sides and valleys, miles of natural beauty fronted by unspoilt virgin beaches backed by semi-forest flora are the trademarks of Secret Valley. A recent visit to the tracts of natural wilderness to the rear of the phase allowed me to experience a range of different birds, including an owl perched on a post during midday.

The 18 hole golf course and driving range are a short drive away. The club house offers fantastic meals with an awesome view of the course, the lush green terrain and the cobalt-red mountain face ahead.

The beach is a very short 5 minute drive away.

The resort is conveniently located just off the main motorway accessing both Paphos and Limassol.

A quick 15 minute drive takes you to Paphos , the historical and beautiful harbour overlooked by the famous ancient fort, the historical town of Saranta Kolones and the other numerous facilities that the town has to offer. I would suggest that you rather take th old Paphos road. It is just a little longer but makes a more scenic drive through agricultural farms alongside the Mediterranean sea.
Paphos International Airport is just a 12 minute drive.

Simply described, you will be holidaying in a tranquil, modern and new holiday home located at the Secret Valley golf resort. Enjoy peace and relaxation, only a short drive away from local facilities.

In preparing this villa, my goal was to provide visitors with neat, clean and modern quality guest accommodation: a sophisticated, comfortable and peaceful holiday home. The extra, non typical features offered make it an enjoyable experience inside and out. Your privacy will always be respected. The villa is ideal for golf and nature lovers, romantic getaways, bird watchers, families or the young at heart. You have the option of a fully inclusive holiday...Car and transfers may be included which means you needn't worry about making alternative arrangements

Don't forget, it will be up to you to get out and enjoy the islands culture & traditions, historical and tourist sites...and the beach is not far at all

 

Living Room

Open plan living allows for the modern delights in the villa to be enjoyed in one large living area. The long feature designer brown leather sofa just indulges guests with hours of pleasure in front of the 49 inch wall-flush LED television. The Playstation 3 is your for the duration of your stay. A multi channel satellite system with DVD and surround sound provides the magical touch to this entertainment experience. A dark low octagonal coffee table compliments the theme.

Dining room

A dark, square glass top table with integrated silver faced legs and low back cushioned grey speckled Sahara chairs allow for elegant dining for 6. Shiny silver illuminated ceiling fans with transparent blades provide a refreshing breeze. Double patio doors offer pool and garden views.

Kitchen

The Kitchen is ideal for the cook at heart...modern, easy to use silver appliances include a dishwasher. Mini appliances include blender, waffle maker, designer, stainless steel pots and pans. Dark units blend well with the off white Bianco granite worktops. A dividing island provides ample room for all kitchen activities and divides kitchen from dining room.

Bedrooms

The simple, subtle décor in the bedrooms follows a ‘less is more' approach. All bedrooms enjoy high ceilings evoking a feeling of elegant space. The master bedroom with a king size bed adjoined by bedside cabinets with lamps. The second bedroom with a double bed and similar features. The third bedroom with 2 single beds and a sharing bedside cabinet.

Bathrooms

The main sharing bathroom and the en-suite shower of the master bedroom both have walls dressed in modern earth tone mosaic collage. Transparent glass shower screens in the en-suite.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service

The villa is provided with towels and linen for 6 people and is serviced every 7 days. An iron & ironing board are provided. We also provide a laundry and ironing service that is billed per item (you don't want to get your hands dirty on holiday).

Outside

You can bank on the weather being sunny. Its almost guaranteed that you will be spending most of your time outdoors. The villas outdoor facilities are just as lush as those inside.

Elegant landscaping and outdoor lounging areas compliment the enticing swimming pool area.
Sunbeds by the poolside, shaded gazebo with comfortable garden lounge furniture and an easy to fire up BBQ are ideal for outdoor entertainment. Enjoy your daytime or evening meals on the patio dining area. The pool is larger than normal.

 

Coast/Beach

The local beach is about 1km away from the villa. This unspoilt beach runs for miles. The contrasting clours of the sea, beach and the semi forrest terrain that directly overlooks it allow for truly breathtaking moments. Enjoy a refreshing beachside walk through the clear waters during the day or experience a breathtaking Cyprus sunset in the evening; amber, azure and silver are just some of the shades that colour our sky during sunsets.
Should you prefer a sandy "blue flag" beach, the picturesque Pissouri beach is a 10 minute drive from the villa. Laze on the beach, hire a boat or jetski, windsurf or just absorb the true Cypriot hospitality.
Mandria beach is only a 5 minute drive from the villa and now also offers beachside bar facilities.

Golf

The prestigious Secret Valley golf course is set in the scenic valley surrounded by mature indigenous trees and beautiful natural rock formations. The course is still the islands preferred course. After a round, relax, unwind or have a meal at the clubhouse bar and restarant with balconies overlooking the artificial lakes and the golf course. The restaurant offers excellent meals. Its natural components aesthetically combine natural surrounds with modern luxury. Wood, stone, inviting lounge furniture and smart lighting make it an enjoyable experience.
Practice facilities include putting greens, chipping areas, fairway bunkers and a large driving range. Tuition can be tailored to suit individual requirements and teaching can be on an individual or group basis. Pro shop on site - 18 holes

Other courses

The Aphrodite Hills golf course is a short 5 minute drive away. The 18-hole championship golf course follows the scenic contours of 2 plateaux that are divided by a central ravine. The contrast in landscape is spectacular. The architecture combines tuscan design with Cyprus living. The premier 3 hole Golf Academy, practice range and pitching & chipping greens enhance your experience. The clubhouse offers delectable specialities and breathtaking views. Elea golf course is located in Ayia Marinouda, a 15 minute drive from the villa. It will be completed towards the end of 2010 and is designed by Nick Faldo.
Its location is south facing, on a natural landscape with rugged outcrops of stone which filters down through groves of mature carob trees, wild herbs and traditional Cyprus flora. Play a round while enjoying breathtaking views to the sea.- 18 holes
The Minthis Hills golf course in Tsada is set in a tranquil valley on the grounds of a 12th century monastery (Stavros tis Minthis). Surrounded by vineyards and orchids the course has the Troodos mountain range as a backdrop. Sloping hills and valleys flow from the clubhouse which is has been designed and built around modern clean cut lines, floor to ceiling windows, grey stone work and wooden décor. The pitch roof, stone masonry and other architectural traits are reminiscent of alpine villas. The clubhouse bar and restaurant will be completed by December 2010 but a restautrant on site offers top class meals as well as refreshments. Amenities currently include putting and chipping greens as well tennis courts . The course is a 30 minute drive from the villa. - 18 holes
